Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This position is responsible for analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights that drive organisational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for strategic projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Develop process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution design and implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimise business performance.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements from business users and technical teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is highly desirable.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.Key Competencies

This role is based in Singapore with hybrid work options available. The Senior Business Analyst will engage with both local and global teams, requiring occasional travel and flexible working hours to support international projects.
