Preschool Admin (up to $3000) (half day)

Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Preschool Admin

Salary : up to $2500-$3000

Working Day : Mon-Fri

Working Hour : Half Day (option to WFH)

Working Location : nearest MRT Canberra

Job Responsibilities :

• Enrolment and Admissions : Coordinating the admission of new children, managing documentation, and updating student information in various systems.
• Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate records for children, staff, and the center's activities, ensuring proper documentation for all operations.
• Procurement and Inventory : Managing the purchase of supplies, from teaching resources to essential daily items, and raising purchase orders.
• Compliance and Reporting : Supporting the submission of reports, applications for subsidies, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards from authorities like ECDA.
• Parent and Staff Support : Serving as a point of contact for parents and providing customer service and support to staff, contributing to a positive relationship between the preschool and its community.
• General Administration : Performing various clerical and office support tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
