We are seeking a

dynamic Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to be part of

exciting growth story.

Roles and

Responsibilities

As Finance

Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will see you

collaborating closely with colleagues across departments as you

prepare accurate financial reports, support audits, oversee tax

compliance activities, and drive improvements in treasury

management.

Prepare audit

schedule for financial year ended, investigate discrepancies as

needed, and or reviewing audited financial statements to ensure

compliance and accuracy.

Support external

consultant or grant officers for grants submission and document

support.

Ensure all month end journals are

passed in the system and management reports prepared are free from

errors and submitted timely to management.

Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and

reports in accordance with relevant accounting

standards.

Review and implement accounting and

financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with

accounting standards and financial policies

Assist with the preparation of analyses and budget

relating project tenders, as well as to support informed

decision-making.

Prepare and ensure accurate

and timely submission for quarterly GST Returns

submission.

Liaise with sales team, auditors,

tax agent and bankers for all financial & accounting

matters.

Perform other ad-hoc assigned

duties.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at

least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in

Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

• Hands-on oriented.

Min 5 years

experience in accounting or related field.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

requirements.

Familiar with Dubai and China

accounts would be a plus but not mandatory for

consideration.

Mandarin skills are beneficial

for contract review and cross-border communication.

Experience using XERO / Zoho accounting software would be

advantageous but not mandatory for consideration.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while

contributing positively within a team-oriented environment is

highly

valued.
