932 Design Groupis seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring the materials and services needed to support our projects, with a strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include supplier research and relationship management, negotiation, procurement strategy, and maintaining accurate documentation-all contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, cost comparison, supplier selection, negotiation, ordering, and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.
- Work closely with designer, project, and accounts departments to meet delivery, and payment requirements
- Coordinate inbound, outbound shipments and deliveries efficiently.
- Responsible for procurement functions including RFQ (Request for Quotation), PO (Purchase Order), obtaining necessary approvals and documentation management.
- Contribute to enhancing the company's purchasing policy.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
