Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1 year contract (renewable)
Up to $6,500
Mon – Fri : 8am – 5.30pm
Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project & Development Management

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of R&D and deployment projects.

Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on technical and delivery milestones.

2. Product Go-To-Market (GTM)

Develop and execute GTM strategies for DSSC products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Support capability demonstrations and exhibitions (e.g., IMDEX, Singapore Airshow).

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and feedback loops.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead cross functional team that consists of engineers and developers in robotics and AI domains.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration across software, automation, and data analytics functions.

4. Process & Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor SOPs, configuration / change control, and release management protocols.

Ensure compliance with internal standards and cybersecurity policies.

1 year contract (renewable)

Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Working hours :

Mon – Fri : 8am – 5.30pm

Salary :

Up to $6,500

 Job Requirements :

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Strong understanding of software integration, AI / ML workflows, and automation systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.

5+ years in project management, preferably in robotics, AI, or software development. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
