Job descriptionConduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans focusing on ADLs, cognitive functions, behavioral support, and social engagement Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve residents' motor skills, strength, and functional mobility Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care Manage therapy equipment inventory and participate in quality assurance initiatives Support training, onboarding, and skill development of therapy aides Min 2 years of relevant working experience Possess AHPC registration
