Admin Assistant
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm ; Friday 9am -6pm
- Salary : $1600 - $2000
- Location : Bartley Biz Centre (nearest MRT Kaki Bukit)
Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support for company and salesman, handle incoming and outgoing mail for invoicing / SOA / DO and other matters.Collate documents for invoicing and updating the invoicing records.Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.Apply weekly & monthly safety permit to work.Job Requirements
