The Role
Responsibilities :
- Creating and following up with new and existing sales leads extensively and primary goal is to focus on building sales pipeline.
- Handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels.
- Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity.
- Strong prospecting, exceptional listening, problem-solving and time management is critical

Experienced with telemarketing, professional and have pleasant voiceA self- starter who can operate both individually and as part of a teamOutstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service roleProficient in spoken English and JapaneseProficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsWarm, welcoming and approachable voiceExcellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections\Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedbackHighly independent, disciplined and takes initiativeCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.What's on Offer?
