We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic engineering and production team. Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of technicians / operators, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Plan and execute engineering projects, including setting budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Delegate tasks to team members and track project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, manufacturing) to align on project goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to resolve challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
