Roles & Responsibilities

The restaurant supervisor must ensure that the restaurant is neat and presentable. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to training and supervising staff, providing excellent customer service and complying with food health and safety regulations. You will oversee the activities of the staff and attend to the customer’s needs to ensure their requests are met as well as planing adequate manpower for operations. Time to time you will be assigned jobs or duties as given by the Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for Seafood Restaurant Supervisor : -

1. Experience on same job field is an advantage.

2. Responsible for all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.

3. Managing waiters, in charge of workers’ schedules, arranging guests.

4. Cooperating with the kitchen to provide guests the best service and tasty food.

5. Customer service oriented, resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.

6. Able to work on Sunday and public holidays.

7. Able to serve both English & Chinese-speaking customers.

8. Other jobs or duties assigned by boss.
