Roles & Responsibilities
- Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders.
- Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management.
- Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including the project team, to ensure requirements are fully and accurately understood.
- Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities.
- Coordinates and administers project schedule / meeting / personnel including logistics such as resource booking.
- Plans and administers training plan / schedule for users.
- Plan, organise and carry out change management activities to ensure smooth transition for any new systems, functions or processes.
- Routine administration functions
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
