Job responsibilities
- Work with Sales Team to understand the tender / project requirement
- Prepare design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout
- Prepare Bill of Quantities as per client's requirement with budget in mind.
- Provide overall drafting and design work for all tender / project requirements based on customer’s information and specifications;
- Provide space planning solutions and produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings design proposal for sales team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on any sales proposals provided to clients
- Coordinate projects proactively and act as focal point of contact for project team, including customers, contractors, installers and suppliers.
- Plan and track all project / tender related tasks to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Undertake any other duties and assignments which shall from time to time be assigned to you.
Job requirements
Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Product Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity SurveyingAt least 2 years of relevant working experience in project / design coordinating / quantity surveying.Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries is preferred.Proficient in : AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchupAble to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.Tell employers what skills you have
