Must have deep knowledge in chettinaadu curries

Able to handling automated kitchen equipments.

Must completed food hygiene course.

Able to handling wedding orders.

Hot surface working environment.

Must plan daily menus.

Must work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.

Must work late hours in the evening.

Must have minimum 7years experince in chettinaadu cuisine.

Standardizing receipes.

Scheduling the production process.

Must have team work capacity.

Must have 10 plus years experience in Chettinad Cuisine.

Must be willing to be trained by Franshior in India HQ

Willing to work in overseas in Franchisor's Outlets.
