Job Scope :
- Handling customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
- Coordinate with departments such as sales, production, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Preparing quotations and job sheets, particularly for custom projects
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and inventory levels using ERP or internal systems.
- Supporting the sales team administratively and collaborating with the quality team to ensure adherence to ISO standards and documentation requirements.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in any disciplineMin 2- 3 years of sales coordinator / admin experienceStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.Working Location : Jurong
Working Hours : Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
Salary : $2,500 - $3,000
