Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Finance Manager (Central / Permanent Role / Immediate)

  • Location : Central Area
  • 5 Days work week
  • Permanent Role
  • Benefits : AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibility :

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations for multiple Singapore entities, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and GST submissions.
  • Supervise and coach accounting teams in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Oversee credit risk management, including monitoring, legal actions, and customer assessments.
  • Review management reports, support performance reviews, and provide insights for decision-making and cost optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with sales, legal, auditors, internal teams, and overseas entities on financial and operational matters.
  • Assist in budgeting, ROI evaluations, and feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Handling tax computations and liaising with tax agents.
  • Lead ERP enhancements, streamline financial reporting, and support process efficiency.

    • Requirement :

  • ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant experiences.
  • Experienced with SAP and project management will be advantageous.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
