About the role

SimplyGo Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Officer, Card Operations Services to join our Operations team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing ez-link card operational workflows including processing refunds, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing process improvements. You'll collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Investigate and process refunds and top-up related discrepancies within stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage blacklisting processes and ensure proper documentation and handling of cards and other form factors.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve card or wallet disputes and ensure accurate updates in internal systems such as Card Management System (CMS).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address operational issues and support the smooth execution of ongoing and new projects.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and support the company's digital transformation goals.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely resolution of chargebacks and exceptions.
  • Be an active team player, supporting team functions and ensuring coverage during absences.
  • Participate in management initiatives to build operational competency and contribute to strategic objectives.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • A positive working attitude, adaptability to organizational culture, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism in working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in payment systems, card operations, or refund processing is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements and digital transformation efforts.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome
