Requirements Degree / Diploma in engineering discipline with minimum 1–3 years experience. Fresh degree graduates will be considered for Associate Application Engineer level. Solid understanding of semiconductor machine equipment—you know your way around the tools of the trade. Hands‑on experience with semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control processes. Confident in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems—you’re the person people call when things go wrong. Skilled in diagnosing servo systems, electrical components, and devices like sensors, relays, and temperature controllers is a plus. It’s a plus if you have experience with programming languages like C++, C#, Python or Excel macro—bonus points if you’ve built something cool! Familiarity with optical inspection equipment used in semiconductor environments is beneficial. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken—you can explain complex ideas clearly.
