Tax Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Single Family office, tax compliance and annual declaration to MAS experience is preferred.
• Manage client portfolio in the area of tax compliance and provide tax advisory services.
• Review, provide recommendations on agreements and / or documents of clients for compliance and risk mitigation purposes.
• Review, provide recommendations, solutions on clients' portfolio and to understand the clients' needs.
• Assist with the preparation of responses to Tax authorities' queries and any audits.
• Proficient in MAS reporting requirement is preferred but not a must.
• Work collaboratively with other business areas as well as other corporate functions, such as providing tax technical support and advisory to our clients.
• Manage the management fee agreements, supporting any documentation and computational work.
• Manage own allocated portfolio of clients, to draft up proposals and / or to collate the necessary information.
• Preparation detailed computations to calculate tax liability where necessary (Corporate & Personal).
• Experienced in various tax matters, including withholding tax S45 Form, COR application, ECI filing, GST submissions.
• Knowledge and experience in CRS / FATCA registration, filing and memo would be an advantage.
• Prepare GST reporting computations for quarterly compliance. Experience in GST remission is an advantage.
• Assist in attending to queries raised by IRAS.
• Provide advisory and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including auditors and legal advisors, to support client needs and deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Lead a team.
• Assist with any other matters as tasked.
