Responsibilities

  • Challenge customer assumptions by proactively engaging customers in thought-provoking conversations to broaden their perspective.
  • Provide new insights and industry knowledge that position our products / services as innovative solutions.
  • Lead sales discussions with confidence and take control of the conversation to guide customers through the decision-making process.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the customer's business, needs, and challenges.
  • Tailor solutions to address specific customer pain points and demonstrate a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Act as an educator by teaching customers something new about their industry, market trends, or potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide valuable insights that position our offerings as strategic assets.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Manage a larger portfolio revenue and account matrix.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify new opportunities; present, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Potential to lead one other team member.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline; preference for technology-related fields, with minimum 8 years of sales experience in telco and solutions selling.
  • In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to challenge customer thinking and provide tailored insights for enterprise and government clients.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and procurement processes within enterprise and government organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust at the executive level.
  • Confidence in leading sales conversations and managing the sales process, especially with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance considerations.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented, solution-based environment.
