As the 2nd In-charge of a prestigious luxury fashion brand, you will serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the company's image, values, and exceptional standards. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated client experience, achieving commercial objectives, and maintaining operational excellence. Through inspirational leadership, you will foster a high-performing, service-driven team culture that upholds the brand’s legacy of excellence.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations and assign tasks to Sales Associates
• Coach, mentor and conduct regular training to Sales Associates to enhance service performance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services, build and develop the VVIP database
• Ensure all standards including visual merchandising, packaging are as per global guidelines
• Managing inventory and day-to-day operations, including stockroom standards and cleanliness
