Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Engineer to design and develop functional, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The role requires experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, alongside conducting usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design user-centric interfaces and iterate and test designs that meet the needs of users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the design is aligned with the product vision and technical requirements.
  • Continuously track and analyse user behaviour, and conduct design research to identify areas of improvement, and translate those findings into actionable backlogs to improve the overall user experience and design of products.
  • Develop site maps and workflows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Develop design systems and style guides.
  • Design a visually appealing and user-friendly interface while maintaining consistency with product guidelines.

Requirements :

  • Experience Level : At least 3 years of proven experience in UX / UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Have completed at least 1 project in software development
  • At least 1 project within the governmental sector

    • Skills :

  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
