Presales Consultant – Cloud, Virtualization & Microsoft Solutions

We need someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business — someone who can demonstrate the value of our products, support customers in their decision-making, and ensure smooth implementation.

We’re looking for an experienced Presales Consultant with strong technical knowledge across cloud, virtualization, Microsoft, and application performance monitoring solutions. You’ll play a key role in engaging customers, running proof-of-concepts, and enabling successful adoption of our products.

What we would like

We’re after someone with the right mix of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and business understanding. In this role, you’ll :

Position our solutions (Microsoft 365, virtualization, Citrix, cloud services monitoring) to prospective customers.
Run product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and generate reports showing business value.
Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to customers and partners.
Support post-sales activities like troubleshooting, customization, upgrades, and patches.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pain points and aligning solutions to business needs.

Your keys to success

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being hands-on with technology while engaging directly with customers. You’ll bring :

6+ years of experience in IT service management, application performance monitoring, and cloud / virtualization technologies.

Strong exposure to Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, and related virtualization platforms.

Familiarity with cloud (AWS / Azure), containers, and web applications (Java / J2EE).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills in customer-facing environments.

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) with the ambition, energy, and results-driven mindset to succeed.
