Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Handling full set of Accounts
- Performing day-to-day finance operations such as month end closing, year end closing and bank reconciliation
- Prepare regular financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow statement, and any other ad-hoc reports as required
- Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST and other statutory filings
- Ensure proper accounting procedures, internal & credit controls are in place
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting deadline
- To work with external auditors
- To analyze, compile and present management information for managerial decision making
- To identify and calculate both financial and non-financial performance measures for reporting on the organization’s performance
- To work with Operations team on their project budget and performance
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards, tax law, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast
Job Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in full set of AccountsAble to work independently and possess good communication skillsProficiency in Excel and financial reportingTell employers what skills you have
