Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is an IT solution provider. They are currently looking for an Associate Practice Engagement Manager to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients within their assigned accounts
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure that all commitments to the client are fulfilled
• Developing and executing account plans, which include identifying opportunities, outlining strategies for growth, and defining the necessary relationships to achieve business goals
• Creating and leading proposal presentations and working with various stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal) to prepare proposals and SOWs
