Telemarketer (Part time / Full Time) - Flexible & High Commission
Strategic Alliance is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our outside sales team. Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided lists and databases.
Clearly and persuasively present information about our services to potential clients.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, identifying decision-makers, and assessing the potential for a sale.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets / quotas.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar high-volume call center environment.
Prior experience with calling roles (e.g., customer service, collections, or B2B outreach) is a strong plus.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
No Qualification is needed.
