Job Description
Manage and maintain Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments and reconciliationsResponsible for General Ledger activities, including journal entries, month-end closings, and financial schedulesPrepare and file GST returns accurately and on timeReconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting across entitiesSupport the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and audit schedulesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operationsAssist with statutory audits and liaise with external auditors and tax agentsContribute to process improvements in AP and GL functionsEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesThe Successful Applicant
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3 years of relevant accounting knowledgeExperience in managing AP, GL and GST preparation independentlyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and excellent numerical skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsWhat's on Offer
