• Attend site briefings and meetings to understand client’s requirement
• Preparation of Bill Of Quantity and sourcing of plants
• Contact and coordinate suppliers and sales / operation personnel
• Preparation of cost estimate
• Taking-of site measurements
• Drawings take-off and managing ammendments
• Prepare As-Built drawings after completion of projects
• Pre tender estimates and quotes for landscape scopes
• . Preparation of reports for maintenance
• . Attend Meetings for maintenance
