Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent).
• Serve as Program Director / Scrum Master for large-scale enterprise projects, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management .
• Provide functional consulting and business analysis to understand client requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design effective CRM solutions.
• Manage project governance, project lifecycle, and program reporting for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Ensure quality assurance, performance, and security compliance for delivered solutions.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies , backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Engage in pre-sales and proposal activities , including responding to RFPs, tender defenses, and scoping discussions.
• Mentor and lead teams of project managers, functional consultants, and technical specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise clients , understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
