💼 Up to $4,500 / month
📍 Braddell (Relocating to Sengkang by end-2025)
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing – Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- HRIS Administration – Maintain and update HR systems; support HR operations with accurate data.
- Data Management – Handle employee data with precision, confidentiality, and efficiency.
- Compliance – Ensure payroll and HR practices comply with statutory laws and internal policies.
- Customer Service – Support employees and stakeholders with prompt and professional assistance.
- System Implementation & Testing – Participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Requirements :
Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in payroll processing and HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Solid understanding of local payroll regulations , tax laws, and compliance standardsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications (e.g., Payroll Specialist, HRIS certification) are a plusIf interested, please email me at Kellyn@recruitexpress.com.sg or telegram @kellynlytan
