SITE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• 1. Liaise with representatives of clients on feedbacks and progresses
• 2. Plan the manpower for assessment, preparation and repair
• 3. Updating the all feedbacks, planning and progresses on dashboard
• 4. Coordinate with planner for deployment and activation
• 5. Monitor the progresses at sites as planned
• 6. Ensure proper documentation, toolbox meeting (TBM), MSRA and PTW are ready for the works
• 7. Keep records for purchases and manpower allocations for each works
• 8. Compile completion report for each works
• 9. Online submission of completed works
• 10. Upon receiving approval, forward the Approved Submissions to the Finance for invoicing
• 11. MUST respond to representatives of clients promptly
• 12. Positive attitude towards responsibilities and discipline
• 13. Practise KAIZEN for continuous improvement
