Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain / logistics operations in The Care Svc and The Care Laundry.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
• Work closely with Driver on troubleshooting any concern or delivery issues related to transportation of goods.
• Manage inventory stock levels and constantly check with individual retail outlets on stock refill or movements.
• Monitor deliveries and pickups on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
• Plan order delegation to different hubs to process
• Ensure smooth day to day operations
• Preparation of logistics reports whenever required
• Ensure compliance to regulations and safety standards
