Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain / logistics operations in The Care Svc and The Care Laundry.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
- Work closely with Driver on troubleshooting any concern or delivery issues related to transportation of goods.
- Manage inventory stock levels and constantly check with individual retail outlets on stock refill or movements.
- Monitor deliveries and pickups on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
- Plan order delegation to different hubs to process
- Ensure smooth day to day operations
- Preparation of logistics reports whenever required
- Ensure compliance to regulations and safety standards
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementMinimum 2 years of working experienceStrong interpersonal skillsAble to Communicate with Mandarin & English Language (Both spoken and written)Independent and be able to meet deadlinesTell employers what skills you have
