Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and / or business solution.

Research, gather and synthesize information.

Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad.

Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Have functional expertise to pick up and understand domain-related knowledge swiftly to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work.

Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change.

Dependency management within the squad and across agile teams.

Help the squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.

Guide squad to develop a high-quality product.
