Key

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, as well as

annual financial reporting for a full set of accounts, including

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger

(GL), and account reconciliations.

Prepare and

submit monthly GST filings.

Coordinate with

external auditors and tax agents for audits and tax-related

matters.

Handle the processing of purchase

orders and preparation of invoices and / or delivery orders for both

local and international customers.

Collaborate

internally with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to track

shipment progress.

Maintain accurate

documentation of damaged or defective goods received from suppliers

and follow up on claims accordingly.

Conduct

monthly stock-taking and prepare inventory status

reports.

Manage filing and upkeep of

administrative records.

Perform other ad hoc

duties as

assigned.

Minimum 2 years

of relevant experience in accounting or audit.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications;

experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to

detail.

Self-driven with good interpersonal

and communication abilities.
