About Us
Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible on working on the Supply Chain & Digital Trade proposition of Green Link Digital Bank.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing Bank’s Supply chain & Digital Trade financing products, including both payables and receivables financing.
- Responsible for the full suite of Digital trade propositions, including Digital trade conducted using Web3 technology like Blockchain for smart contracts to issue and track transactions.
- Lead the Bank’s trade document digitalisation transformation like e-Invoicing, API connectivity and electronic payments methods.
- Explore Web3 application to digital trade and supply chain financing, including trade settlement and payment innovation and trade financing tokenisation.
- Monitor product pipelines, leading Sales team to deliver the product per the Bank’s strategy.
- Reporting directly to Head of Business Management, joining him / her in relevant Committees to represent the product team.
- Working closely with customer service, sales, relationship management, legal, operations and IT development to ensure product is timely delivered.
- Assist to review, analyse and provide recommendation of product policies, procedures and industry practices to ensure effective performance of the product with adherence to relevant laws, digital bank’s policies, and rules and regulations established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Requirements
Have at least 5 years of work experience at a financial institution(s), Fintech or Web3 company.Preferably a domain expert in supply chain and Web3 trade digitalisation, working with vendors to build a web3 product from ground level.Knowledge in Web3 domain (e.g., different types of blockchains technology, digital asset, etc.) would be a plus.Strong Analytical skills and able to assess multiple system for problem solving.Have proven ability in driving outcomes where influence and consensus building are key.Great at stakeholder management, able to challenge status quo thoughtfully and tactically.By submitting your application, you have given your consent for us to collect, use and retain your data for a year as according to our prevailing data retention and PDPA policies.
