Roles & Responsibilities
As a ICIT (Installation, Checkout, Integration and Testing) Engineer, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team of software, mechanical, electrical & electronics, systems Engineers and Managers, assisting the project to assemble the actual systems and equipment and put it to test. This role required some basic understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and a steady hand in using proper tooling for the tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support System Lead / Team Lead in Installation, Checkout, Integration and Testing (ICIT) activities of the projects assigned.
- Participating in sea trial for project testing and deployment of equipment
- Support System Lead / Team Lead / Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance with maintenance contractual agreement
- Perform routine Preventive & Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures
- Perform fault diagnostics and provide recommendations to System Lead / Team Lead on corrective / remedial actions
- Be part of the team that train clients about the system and hardware integration’s procedures, its implementation, and its use
- Operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
- Provide engineering services
- Arrange and conduct monthly meetings with customers
- Required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore
Requirements
Minimal Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent disciplineAble to work effectively in outdoor environmentsPrior experience in System-Level Maintenance and ICIT activitiesWSH certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, Forklift operator etc) are a plusEffective communication skills - Written, verbal and interpersonalProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, PowerPoint & Excel)Tell employers what skills you have
