Responsibilities :
Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clientsPerform research and understand clients and their industries wellSource for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referralsConduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needsCreate profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for considerationProvide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectationCoordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidatesConduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clientsCoordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidatesPerform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidatesWork closely with different teams to fulfill client's needsRequirements :
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clientsProven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantageNon-experience is welcome to apply as training will be providedThe portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basisCandidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantageTo apply, please kindly email your updated resume to resume@goodjobcreations.com.sg.
