Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing / MS team solutions
Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
Perform system checking
Assist in after sales service
System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution

Requirements :

Training Provided

Possess at least a Diploma in IT / Engineering / Audio Visual / any relevant education

Knowledge in MTR system will be added advantage

Ability to speak Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.
