Roles & Responsibilities

Our esteemed client is looking for Youth Work Associate.

Responsibilities :

Supervise residents' daily welfare, discipline, and routines.

Ensure safety and security through checks, patrols, and emergency response.

Provide care and support for residents’ daily living needs.

Plan and lead educational, recreational, and engagement activities.

Assist with admissions, taskforce duties, and restorative practices.

Requirements :

Diploma with 2 years working experiences

Independent, resourceful and responsible

Firm in upholding the standards and responsive in dealing with people.

Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess strong communication and writing skills
