CLINIC ASSISTANCE

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·Perform front desks duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist doctor’s needs.

·Dispensary of medication.

·Provide excellent customer service.

·Oversee and establishes inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.

·Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

·Diploma in any discipline / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC

·Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change

·PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·Good interpersonal skills, Service oriented ana good team player

·5.5 days week (Monday to Saturday)

WORKING LOCATION - NORTH / SOUTH / EAST / WEST -(NOT WFH)
