Job descriptionSupport RMs in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products (equities, bonds, funds, structured notes, alternatives). Contribute to marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and client events to deepen client engagement. Conduct basic client and market research to support prospecting and lead generation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and AML / KYC requirements. Monitor account activities, flag anomalies, and support risk-mitigation measures. Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM and reporting systems. Work closely with Investment Consultants, Product Specialists, and Business Support teams to deliver holistic solutions. Assist in coordination of events, seminars, and campaigns to enhance Private Wealth branding. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering or related fields. 1–3 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services (internships considered for fresh graduates with strong aptitude). Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication skills in English, and high proficiency in Mandarin Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. MAS-recognized CMFAS certifications (M1A, M2, M5, M6, M6A) preferred or able to obtain soonest within probation. Assistant Relationship Manager, private wealth
As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), you will provide critical support to Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing client relationships, delivering a seamless client experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is designed for individuals with strong attention to detail, client-first mindset, and ambition to grow into a frontline Relationship Manager role.

- Prepare meeting materials, investment proposals, and portfolio reviews for clients.
