Commissioning Planner - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop commissioning WBS codes, define activities, and allocate durations based on system and sub-system definitions.
• Establish system interdependencies and input logic links within the project schedule.
• Estimate and input commissioning man-hours into the integrated project schedule.
• Integrate construction milestones, commissioning sequences, and project completion targets to create a master schedule for execution teams.
• Plan and incorporate manpower mobilization timelines into the schedule.
• Reflect supplier and third-party commissioning contractor mobilization plans within the project schedule.
• Schedule integrity leak test activities, including mobilization planning.
• Regularly review and analyze the project schedule, providing recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.
• Support the project team by executing responsibilities as directed by the reporting authority.
• Maintain a disciplined, collaborative, and professional work environment.
