Operations Executive Responsibilities :

• Support Operations on online orders
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately
• Schedule in-house and external meetings
• Support workshop
• Manage and order office and operations supplies
• Make delivery arrangements
• Organise company documents into updated filing systems
• Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
