Finance Manager – Private Equity Co.

This Private Equity firm is a spin-off from a US investment bank. Established more than 10 years and managing US 3 billion.

Responsibilities :

• Perform financial and management reporting in compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS.
• Ensure proper accounting and review financial pack prepared by fund administrator for SG master fund and SPVs.
• Responsible for compliance and reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS requirements.
• Manage all accounting entries, payments and expenses claims.
• Calculation of payroll, submission of CPF and IR8A.
• GST returns, withholding tax and income tax returns to IRAS.
