• Staff & Contractor Coordination : Supervise workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing direction, and resolving any conflicts to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Progress Monitoring : Track project progress, identify and address potential delays or obstacles, and provide regular status updates.
• Enforcing Safety Standards : Ensure all workers and contractors adhere to strict health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Site Inspections : Conduct regular site inspections to identify and assess potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.
