Job descriptionOrganize, supervise, and deliver day-to-day site execution. Attend site meetings, coordinate contractual and technical matters with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors. Plan and monitor daily site activities and resources, report progress and highlight risks or issues to management. Supervise and deploy site teams and subcontractors effectively. Arrange tools, materials, and site facilities to meet project milestones. Uphold quality standards and ensure workplace health and safety compliance. Diploma / Nitec in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience in building / civil projects preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome. Strong written and spoken English to prepare reports and coordinate with English-speaking stakeholders. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
