Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet biz objectives
- Be responsible for the analysis of warranty data & communicating with principle, cross functional teams to make report driven decisions
- High levels of customer service for all House of Brands, MAN, BYD, CRRC
- Liaise with principle to understand the warranty challenges, if any
- Understand & accommodate the short / mid / long term requirements of the overall biz operation at STEMOS
- Responsibility to provide weekly updates of all warranty metrics to STEMOS management team
- Day-to-day warranty team members who are direct reports to warranty manager to meet committed departmental objectives & deliverables
- To submit warranty claim on-time
