Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-sales technology discussions
- Support FactSet clients as part of a 3rd tier escalated tech support team
- Translate client needs to effective engineering action items
- Educate clients and FactSet personnel on FactSet’s best-practices
- Correlate issues, then design enhancements to permanently remediate
- Act as the product developer for implementations, diagnostics, and utilities
- Assist with the creation of systems and processes to proactively identify and assist clients experiencing issues
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Occasional travel to client sites
