Job

Description : We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer to

join our dynamic team. As a Senior Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer, you

will be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients,

providing them with valuable insights, solutions, and support

throughout the sales process. You will also be leading a team of

Pre-Sales Engineers to design and customize solutions and services

tailored for our customers.

Your in-depth

knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication

skills, and customer centricity is key to drive successful sales

engagements.

Key

Responsibilities : Lead

team of Pre-Sales Engineers to engage customers to understand

customer requirements, and design, customize, propose suitable

solutions and services

Design and deliver

customized services and solution packages to customers to showcase

the value of the company

Deliver engaging

technical demonstrations and presentations, highlighting advantages

and benefits of the proposed solution / services

Guide and train the team to deliver engaging sales

presentations

Conduct and / or coordinate

routine updates on new product / technology / services to the

team

Apply strong problem-solving skills to

design solutions that meet the varied requirements of the

customer

Performing customer engagement to

help aid the customer to develop their cybersecurity

strategy

Contribute to departmental best

practices, strategies, methodologies and documentation for

increased efficiencies

Work closely with

Regional Partners and Vendors to obtain the latest Product /

Technology know how

Understand and engage

ecosystem of cyber security partners like SOC services partner, CSP

(cloud service partners), MSSP etc.

Continuous

self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical

knowledge, participate in technical communities of

interest

Actively participate and host

webinar, workshops and other industry event as a speaker or

panelist. Good public speaking skill will be added advantage to the

role

Qualifications :

6 -10 years of experience in delivering highest quality

presales solutioning and services, such as being able to deliver

unique prepositions to the customers

Good

understanding and knowledge on SOC operations, security analytics

capabilities, cloud architect understanding, MSS, cloud native

application security, SASE, CASB, Zero trust model, IT Architecture

will be key advantage.

Knowledge of Microsoft

O365, Azure, google, AWS services will be added

advantage.

Experience / knowledge in security

solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention,

encryption, data leakage, data protection and monitoring security

will be added advantage

Good written and

spoken communication skills in English

strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for

customer satisfaction

Good understanding of

public cloud technologies such as AWS and

Azure
