About your

team

The Fidelity Southeast Asia (SEA)

wholesale team is one of the highest performing, dynamic teams in

the industry, made up of personable, technical wholesale

professionals. The team is high energy, resourceful, respected and

well established. We cover Singapore and the SEA markets bringing

the best of Fidelity to our distributors and

clients.

About your

role

You will join the Fidelity SEA

Wholesale distribution team and work and hone your craft as a

salesperson and a financial professional. The job as a senior sales

manager means building relationships with, selling to and

developing our business with both new and existing clients across

Southeast Asia. Selling to clients includes a broad variety of

activities ranging from identifying opportunities to delivery of

in-depth fund, solutions and investment presentations to the

various divisions of our clients. The role also includes meeting

day-to-day servicing and reporting needs of these clients. The

client segment coverage includes retail banks, insurance companies,

IFAs, digital platforms and asset managers and the coverage within

each client typically includes investment product teams, due

diligence teams, investment advisory teams and relationship

managers.

Responsibilities

  • Business development :

Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities and

market trends within our intermediary distribution

responsibilities, driving sales growth and market penetration. To

contribute to the overall Southeast Asia plan

  • Account
  • management : To take on the responsibility for a selected number of

    clients Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

    clients, ensuring excellent customer service and identifying

    opportunities for account growth. Collaborating effectively with

    internal teams and stakeholders to achieve this.

    Presentations : To prepare and execute fund presentations to asset

    managers and fund selection units and end investors. Topics would

    include market outlook, funds, firm capabilities and educational

    topics.

  • Market and landscape research : Stay updated on
  • market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in

    Thailand and the wider Southeast Asia region to provide insights

    and support business development efforts.

  • Sales and
  • asset retention : To drive sales and retain assets in existing funds

    in existing relationships, as well as increasing the number of

    funds in existing relationships.

  • Servicing : To fulfil
  • day-to-day (regular and ad-hoc) servicing and reporting needs of

    our clients.

  • Sales materials : To prepare sales materials
  • for our funds including presentations, placemats, brochures and

    write-ups.

  • Campaigns and events : To work together with
  • the marketing team to prepare and execute joint sales and marketing

    campaigns with our clients.

  • Sales Reporting &
  • Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads,

    opportunities, and pipeline status, providing regular updates to

    senior management. Use of Salesforce for client relationship

    management.

    Financial products sales abilities : Graduate education with good

    grasp of financial knowledge, Experience in sales of financial

    products preferred,

  • Strong communication skills :
  • Outstanding internal and external communication skills, good

    negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of specific Bloomberg,
  • Morningstar and other specific tools

  • Excellent PC
  • knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High
  • standard of ethics, honesty and integrity
