Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by monitoring and improving outlet procedures and protocols
• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the beauty therapy team to enhance their skills and performance
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and increase salon revenue
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement
