Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by monitoring and improving outlet procedures and protocols
- Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the beauty therapy team to enhance their skills and performance
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and increase salon revenue
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the beauty industryStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of beauticiansExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high-quality experienceProficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and suppliersProven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvementKeen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practicesRelevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field would be an advantageInterested candidates can send resume to Jeremy.lee@advisoryhrconsultancy.com.sg
